Tips for having a successful group getaway

Be Flexible

Let's face it -- if you're traveling with 12 people, you're going to have 12 different opinions on what to do or see on your trip.  But that doesn't mean there will be enough time to do it all.  If you're not following a pre-planned itinerary, have each traveler give their number one "must see/do" and then have the group vote on them.  Also remember, not everyone has to do everything.  Splitting up is always an option and it's even OK to relax and do nothing at all if that suits some in the party.
